Amazing Spider Man 57 FRGD

Very tired copy, 3+ inch tear coming up from the base of the spine, 2 similar tears on the interior, some staining near the bottom.  What keeps this above FR is that all pages are complete & attached at both staples & it can be read normally albeit with care.
