Fantastic Four 23 FR

This would be in the GD+ to GVG range but there's a coupon cut out of the back cover.  FRGD allows 10% of the back cover to be missing, FR allows the whole back cover to be gone.  I'll call it FR but it's closer to a 1.5 and that's where I'd expect it to CGC.  Everything else is complete & attached.
